Within 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer, we will provide a return or exchange service if the goods are unused, undamaged, and in good condition. If you have a return or exchange request, please contact us to initiate a return and send us the product in its original packaging. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for return on the packing slip. Returns will be processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date your item is received at our warehouse. All returns without prior communication will not be processed.
Orders can be canceled within thirty minutes of being placed, not after thirty minutes (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile). We will process your order cancellation request for you within 24 working hours. After the request is approved, the payment amount will be refunded to your payment account. The refund time is usually 1-2 working days. If it is late, please contact us.
Return Reminder
Returns require that the product is unused, processed, labeled, and retained and that the goods are in good condition, free of contamination, and will not affect secondary sales status;
If the product is damaged by human or external factors and its functionality is impaired, it will not be returned;
Due to improper personal operation and other reasons affecting the normal use of the projector equipment is also not within the scope of our return acceptance application;
If your order has been invoiced, the invoice will need to be returned with your return. If the invoice cannot be returned due to customer reasons, it will not be returned, and the resulting adverse consequences will be borne by you.
We use a variety of foam protection during shipping and packaging to ensure that your purchased products reach you in a safe and timely manner. Please also use the original packaging or even additional packaging to protect the products in transit when returning products to prevent them from being damaged in transit.
Return Steps
First of all, you need to communicate with our after-sales staff in advance to apply for a return and exchange. Any returned goods that are mailed without communication with our after-sales staff will be rejected.
Please send the original packaging to Charles Yost Custom Cabinets, Inc: 11842 Tug Boat Lane, Newport News, Virginia, 23606. If you apply for a return or exchange due to loss of goods, damaged functions, etc., we may ask about unboxing videos, product pictures, etc. Please save them and send them to our mailbox when needed.
Pack and mail us the product, invoice, barcode, product manual, and all packaging and protective materials intact.
After the return request is successful, please remember to email us the courier number and your information after the product is dispatched.
When we receive your returned product and confirm that it is the case, we will begin arranging for your refund. Depending on the payment method, the refund schedule will vary. The general processing time is 1 to 2 working days; if it is overdue, please contact us.
